The 20th Challenge Trophy Camporee was held Oct 19, 20, 21st 2018 at Camp Babcock-Hovey.
We had around 2,000 people at the CTC consisting of Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts of America and Scout’s Canada Units attended the 20th CTC.
We ran 750 Events in the 24 Event Areas.
We had a seasonal cloudy day on Saturday, but at supper time the rain came hard! This resulted in the Sub-camp Relay Race being cancelled for safety reasons. The rain let up around 8pm, so youth Camporee Chief Team decided to hold the Campfire and Scout’s Own / Vesper program.
The patch theme was deer portrait. We had 28 patch designs for the 20th CTC. We offered 8 Special Limited Border patches.
