The 5th CTC was held Oct 17, 18, 19, 2003 at Camp Cutler. More than 500 people attended the 5th CTC. We had nice weather on Friday and Saturday until noon, but a it showered later in the afternoon.  The chariot race was held in a gentle sprinkle.  Early Sunday morning featured heavier rain with thunder, but it ended by daylight.  The weather did not effect the program or the scouting spirit of the campers and all had a great time.
